Before we head to Florida, here is a random assortment of pictures of the girls together. They are really starting to enjoy playing with each other and laugh A LOT. Gwen has recently enjoyed reading to Sonja, although Sonja's attention span is not quite as long as she would like it to be. Just the other day Gwen was holding Sonja's hand on the way in to church and said "Mommy, I just love being Sonja's big sister." I can't wait to see how their friendship develops over the years.
Sonja couldn't sit still...what a surprise.
These last ones are from my cousin Anne and Pete's wedding. Gwen was not in the best mood that night and Sonja was a dancing, sweaty fool. Sonja ran out to the middle of the dance floor and danced by herself while Anne and Pete had their first dance. Can we say these two sisters are very different from each other? A phrase I often find myself saying is "Gwen never did/never would do that." Some things good, some things bad. I love how unique they both are and hope they can learn a lot from the other. This picture was about the best I could do. I think the photographer at the wedding got some good ones though, pre-crabby and pre-sweaty :)

Hey that is a good sign if Gwen is already saying she likes being Sonja's older sister. Better than "I don't have to like Greta now because I know we will be friends later."
Linnea, Your girls are so super cute. I love the pics. And I still say the same thing you say about Jacob and Aidan - "Jacob would never have . . ." I wonder what we will be saying about number 3? ;-)
