Finally!

so finally our show is going to be aired on hgtv! they said it would be 5-8 months and here we are 18 months later. at least it is still going to be on. to refresh your memory, click here.

here are the details...
tuesday, december 18th
8:00 pm (central time)
hgtv channel

it also airs again several more times in december, january and february. i wonder when we'll start to get recognized :) to be honest, i am kind of nervous to watch it because keep in mind, gwen was only 2 months old (she'll be in it too hopefully) and my body will no doubt look like i had a 2 month old. not to mention that i don't think i was wearing the most flattering outfit, and the camera adds ten pounds :) oh well, we had fun! also, when you are in the middle of the excitement and filming, you sort of get caught up in all and the producers tell you to be very animated and enthusiastic and i'm nervous we took them a little too seriously. i think cam has more to worry about than me. so to it sum up...get ready to see a fat linnea and a cheesy cam.

just for fun, here are some pictures of the living room now, in case you were wondering if we kept it all how they did it. it is decorated for christmas but mostly the same as it usually is, minus the tree! the biggest thing we changed since the show was adding all the stuff for gwen, flooring, bookshelf, toy chest and table and chairs.
hope you can catch the show, enjoy!

Thanks for making me laugh out loud when I read your post! I love that you admit you're worried about it because I would be too. You'll both be beautiful and wonderful even if your predictions are true!

i'm more worried about cam looking a little to "into" home-decorating. if you guys need us to tivo it let us know, or if you want to come over and watch it we could make a date of it.

We totally watched it tonight! Linnea, you look great, and Cam, you should be a home decorating host. My brother and his wife were on an HGTV show (House Detectives) and he said they wanted them to act really excited and cheesy. It was fun to see! Rachel

You did a great job! The entire show should have been about you! They should have done a before and after of the kitchen too!

Kira and I enjoyed the show. It was a nice, fun, spicy twist to our usual Tuesday night...
